About
Made after the shift.
Off Shift Design started the way a lot of good things do: at the end of a long shift, looking for something to make with my hands.
These designs come from the world of healthcare, where people show up for strangers on their hardest days and still find a way to laugh about it. They're made for the nurses, medics, techs and everyone else who keeps the lights on.
Everything is designed and printed by me in Louisville, Kentucky, in small batches. Thanks for supporting a small shop, and thanks for the work you do.
How it's made
Designed in-house
Every product starts as an original design, drawn for 3D printing: rounded edges, no sharp corners, and parts sized to hold up to daily use.
Printed in small batches
Multi-color prints in PLA, PETG and flexible TPU, run a plate at a time in Louisville, KY.
Finished by hand
Each piece is checked, assembled and packed by hand before it ships.
Two lanes
On Shift: gear you use at work. Off Shift: things for after you clock out.
