Questions

What does the Code Clicker count?

Five things during a cardiac arrest: SHOCK, NO SHOCK, EPI, AMIO and MISC. Each dial counts 0 to 9 with a firm click.

How big is it?

About 2.5 x 3.5 inches (64 x 88 mm) and flat, so it fits a scrub pocket, clipboard or go-bag.

Does it need batteries?

No. It is fully mechanical: turn a dial clockwise to count up and read the number in its window.

Can it replace the code record?

No. It is a personal tally aid. It does not replace the official code record or your facility's protocols, and it is not a medical device.
